Food has always been part of Ivywild School, and it has evolved from a small bakery and limited offerings in the beginning to an expanded kitchen offering a full menu. We are launching into the next era with a new and improved marketplace, offering a variety of culinary options with Detroit-style pizza from Decent Pizza Co., the best Empanadas in Colorado with Lazo Empanadas, soul-satisfying BBQ with Bristol’s Spark Beer+BBQ, all-American burgers at Ivywild Kitchen, and fresh flavors from Salad Or Bust.
Bristol's Spark Beer+BBQ cooks up soul-satisfying BBQ smoked on site, plus scratch made sides. And it all happens in our repurposed shipping container in front of the brewery. Let's Eat!

Detroit-style deep dish has landed in Colorado Springs! This better than good pizza follows the traditions set in Detroit with a crispy crust and crunchy cheesy corners made with traditional brick cheese.

Lazo Empanadas is committed to the highest-quality ingredients in our original pastry recipes. We offer a variety of empanadas, including spicy chicken, ground beef, spinach & cheese, and our special chimichurri sauce. Plus, sweet empanadas make the perfect dessert to round out any meal.

As you explore our new marketplace, you can order your favorite beverage from Bristol Brewing Co. or the Principal’s Office and wander throughout our space. Yes, it’s true! We now have an Ivywild School Liquor License that allows you to drink a Laughing Lab or a P.O. Old Fashioned around the building. Don’t forget about Axe & the Oak Whiskey House where their whiskey specialist will craft the perfect cocktail, only available downstairs, in their locally owned tasting room.
The Bristol Pub offers pints of fresh Bristol beer straight from the brewery in a friendly, laid back vibe overlooking the brewhouse and fermentation room, with a classic shuffleboard table and a large, sunny patio.
